WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Due to sanitation reasons, all jewelry sales are final. If you have an issue with your product within 7 days of receiving your order, please contact me at GildedGoddessMade@gmail.com

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM ORDERS?

Yes, I do offer custom orders. They are great as keepsakes, bridal/bridesmaid gifts, etc. There will be a custom design fee that varies depending on how intricate and timely the pieces can be. Please allow 2 weeks for custom pieces to be made before they are shipped out. If you are interested in a custom piece, please email me at GildedGoddessMade@gmail.com to discuss your custom order!

ARE POLYMER CLAY EARRINGS HEAVY?

No, not at all! Polymer clay earrings are very lightweight!

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST?

Gilded Goddess LLC is not responsible for lost packages. Please reach out via email regarding filing a lost package claim with the appropriate postal service. Please note: shipping fees are non-refundable.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED BUT I NEVER RECEIVED IT?

Unfortunately at that point it is out of our control and you will need to contact your local postal service for further information regarding your package. In most cases, it was delivered to a neighbor or marked as delivered early and will arrive a few days later.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Please allow 5-7 business days from time of purchase for your orders to be shipped out.

 

Once they are shipped domestic via USPS you can expect delivery within 4-6 days.

Once your order has been dropped off at USPS, Gilded Goddess LLC cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items. If there are any issues with shipping, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number.

I do not offer international shipping at this time.

WHAT TYPE OF METAL IS USED ON YOUR JEWELRY?

Gilded Goddess uses Surgical Grade Stainless Steel Posts on all earrings. Anything that is Gold will be Gold Plated Stainless Steel. This includes Jump Rings. Make sure to read the products description to be informed of what metal is used on each piece.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY PACKAGE IS BEING RETURNED DUE TO AN INCOMPLETE ADDRESS?

Please email us, in most cases we can reship immediately after reshipment fees have been paid.

RETURN/CANCELLATION POLICY

If the package is returned to sender, or needs to be re shipped for any reason, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.

Earrings are final sale. If your earrings arrive damaged, or break within one week of purchase we will replace them (depending on the style of earring) or refund you the price of the earrings. As tempting as it may be to bend your earrings to see the flexibility, PLEASE DON’T! They can become weak and break.
